If you look at Graph 1 taken from The Bell Curve, you will see that if there were an equal number of Whites and Blacks, the vast majority of the Blacks would fall well below the average White IQ of 100. In a school setting, there is simply no way for the Blacks to compete fairly with the Whites. It is not prejudice, or White racism which causes the Blacks to do poorly in school. Later in life, it is not prejudice which causes the Blacks to do poorly in technical jobs. It is not White racism which holds Blacks back in fields that requires high intelligence.
Are you aware that when wages are adjusted for IQ that Blacks earn just as much money as Whites do? Media propaganda is so effective that even I was surprised by that information when I read it! In this nation that is continually defamed and accused of treating Blacks terribly and holding them down, it comes as quite a shock that the blacks who are qualified for high paying jobs, are in those jobs and making that high pay.
As you can see from the graph, the problem is not that Blacks are not given opportunity in America. The problem is that the races are different. It is not fair to the Blacks force them to intellectually compete with a race that is 15 points higher on the IQ scale. It is no wonder that school has been such a failure for integration!

In Graph 2 it shows what the real numbers relationship is between the races in the area of intelligence in America today. You can see that when you move up to IQs that are above average for Whites, that the number of Blacks present in that area falls off rapidly. As you reach the mean IQ for doctors, which is 120, you see that very view Blacks are left in that area who can qualify to be doctors. Some are there, but nowhere near the 13% that you would expect if their numbers represented their portion of the makeup of society in general.
