Ladies and gentlemen, perhaps you wondered why I asked you over tonight. We are here to discuss your dream. Have you ever thought about what it would be like to live in a neighborhood where you can leave your doors unlocked on your house without fear of being robbed? Have you wondered what it would be like to send your kids to a public school where they were given the best education of any children on The Planet? Have you ever wondered what it would be like to keep 75% of your paycheck after you were done paying all taxes, fees and licensing charges? How about 90% of your check? That would be a raise which nearly doubled your paycheck! Think of it!
There are part-time jobs that promise you easy money for a few hours work a week, but none of them can offer you what I am going to offer you tonight! By your efforts, which includes no selling of any products for money, you can improve your neighborhoods, make your society safer, vastly improve your schools, and lower your taxes in ways you never thought possible! Sound exciting? Well let's get on to the meat of the program!
Let me tell you a story about Sissa Ben Dahir and his king Shirham. Sissa was the inventor of the game of chess. King Shirham was delighted with the game and granted Sissa a wish in repayment for giving him such a marvelous pastime. Sissa said that all he wanted was a grain of wheat, for the first square of the board. He wanted 2 grains of wheat for the second square, and 4 for the third square. He asked that the process be continued, doubling the grains of wheat for each square until the 64th, and final square was reached. King Shirham, thought to himself, "Man did I get off light!" So he had his slaves bring in a small bag of wheat and began the counting. As things progressed it became clear that the small bag of wheat was not going to be enough. In fact after many large bags of wheat had been brought in and gone through, it became clear that the request could not be honored at all. What Sissa had requested would have taken more than a thousand years of the total world production of wheat to be granted!
What does wheat have to do with increasing your income, and improving your neighborhoods? I'm glad you asked me that! We need to notify approximately 190 million people about this plan. Once a significant number of them are onboard, all of the changes listed above will happened. I will explain how and why a little later on.
First about the 190 million. That sounds like a large number doesn't it? But think back to the story of Sissa. If you were the only person on earth who knew about this plan, you would have to find someone and convince them to join you. By joining, I mean that your convert will also attempt to get others to embrace The Plan. Remember you are the only one who knew about this at first. Now the two of you go out and do it again. Now, you personally have convinced 2 people and your first convert has convinced 1 person. That gives you 4 associates who are working The Plan. If you did that again, where each of you got someone else to join, there would be a total of 8 people working The Plan. After you personally had recruited 30 active people, you would have over 250 million associates! Wow!
But you are not the only one on earth who knows about The Plan. There are several million associates who already support the tenants of The Plan. That means if all of us work The Plan, just like I mentioned before, we each only have to get eight more active people apiece, to complete the goal of reaching over 190 million people and thereby reaching the dream we discussed before. To reach your personal goal, you would only have to find eight people who in turn will find 8 people. That is it!
Tell me, would you be willing to find eight people and enlighten them with The Plan, in order to improve your neighborhoods, make your society safer, vastly improve your schools, and lower your taxes drastically? You don't have to sell a single product for money. All you have to do get eight other people to do exactly what you are doing. Can you find 8 other people who would like to have their neighborhoods become more secure? How about eight other people who would be anxious to have good schools for their children to attend?
The Plan is merely a communications medium which is the only way to make the necessary changes. The media is not available to us. We cannot advertise. I will explain why. By having this meeting and sharing The Plan we have short-circuited the media black out. We are all going to be aware of The Plan without the use of the media. I find that exciting. In this day and age where there are those who think they control all information going out to the people, we can work around it with such a simple device as an Improvement Plan Party!

Is finding 8 people a tough job? I have seen people give up their evenings and their weekends, forgetting all about their normal lives and families in order to create an organization for marketing soap and other products! What do they have when they are done? Personal wealth is a good thing and I certainly do not wish to belittle it, but compare that with what The Plan offers. You see The Plan offers:
Finding 8 people is not that hard. You can do it. You know you can do it! Think. If people can sacrifice so much for a few extra dollars in their paycheck, are you not willing to sacrifice a small amount of time and effort to bring your world into a superior sphere of existence? Of course you are!
Let's start with neighborhoods. What is it that makes neighborhoods unsafe today? Why do you need locks on your doors? Why don't you want your wife or daughter walking around after dark? Look at the crime statistics. We can cut the crime rate in half by living in all White neighborhoods. Wait a minute, you are thinking. That sounds racist. But is it? Is it hateful to point something out, if it is true? Especially if acting upon that knowledge, which has been pointed out, can improve your life and the lives of your children?
We can cut the crime rate in half. All we have to do is to deny access to the criminals to our neighborhoods. It is not difficult and certainly is not hateful. There is nothing about that which would deny Nonwhites from creating any type of neighborhoods which they want outside of White neighborhoods, as long as they stay outside. This was done before 1960 all across America, and all across America the crime rate was far less than it is today. While integration may sound like a good idea, based upon the principle of fair play, the data is now in. Integration increases crime. It has made neighborhoods less safe. Far less safe.
Do you let your children play on the freeway? Do you let your baby play with a bottle of poisonous chemicals? Why not? Do you have something against freeways? Do you hate chemicals? Of course not! You drive on the freeway, and you use the chemicals to clean up around your house. It is not hatred for freeways and chemicals that inspire you to keep your children away from them. It is the fact that these things are known to be dangerous. A good parent will keep his children away from that which is dangerous.
As the Nonwhite population increases in a neighborhood it is clear that crime increases. Click here for The Color of Crime. It is as dependable as a mathematical function. There is no doubt or debating the facts. Nonwhite infiltration is just as surely dangerous as playing on the freeway or with chemicals.
So, the very first tenant of The Plan is to oppose integration at all times. Never vote for a candidate who supports integration. Always vote for a candidate who is in full support of White neighborhoods -- even if you have to write in your own name! Cutting the crime rate is one immediate benefit which The Plan will achieved. The next item that The Plan will focus on is your schools. The schools will be vastly improved by removing all of the liberal deadwood from the curriculum, and of course having White teachers in White schools. Our White children will be taught Western culture and pro-White history. They will read the great White authors and learn to love once again the society which gave us Washington, Franklin and Jefferson. Our children will learn to read the words of the greatest minds which ever existed, write with skill and excellence, and use mathematics in the ways that their minds are capable. They will also be taught the high ethics of White civilization instead of the amoral chaff which passes for ethics in school today.
Of course one of the great faults with our schools today is the toleration of criminals in the classrooms. We first were ordered by the courts to introduce Nonwhites into our schools. Next we were ordered to keep them there and not expel them if they broke the law. It doesnít take a rocket scientist to figure out where this is heading. Again, checking the statistics, at every age, Nonwhites are more likely to be criminals. Introducing Nonwhites into our schools will increase the percentage of criminals starting the school year. Not allowing expulsions, insures not only that the new criminals will be allowed to remain in school and terrorize and sometimes even kill the other students, but also even the White criminals that would have been expelled before, now remain in school.
Naturally, the second tenant of The Plan is to oppose integration of the schools at all times. Also, we must support schools having the authority to expel and discipline criminal and other disruptive behavior. Never vote for a candidate who supports integration of the schools, or liberal permissive attitudes. Always vote for a candidate who is in full support of White schools, and White discipline for schools -- even if you have to write in your own name! Teach your children to oppose school integration and to be aware of the dangers of school integration.
What is true of our neighborhoods and schools is true of our nations as well. Right now our governments have opened our borders and are allowing a massive influx of Nonwhite immigration. It is as if the dikes in the Netherlands were allowed to break down and start pouring water over the land lying below sea level. Then it is as if the Dutch government sent out crews to tear more of the dikes down and speed up the process. President Clinton has actually shown glee at idea of a US White minority in the mid 21st century. This is completely unacceptable.
As shown above, an increase in Nonwhite population is an increase in crime. Therefore this increase must stop immediately and it must become a decrease, until we have returned our White nation to a 80 to 90% White majority as it was before 1960. Again, like respect for the dangers of freeways and chemicals, it is not hatred to respect this form of danger and to keep our homes and families far away from those elements that will bring them harm.
The third tenant of The Plan is to oppose Nonwhite immigration completely for now. Never vote for a candidate who supports Nonwhite immigration. Always vote for a candidate who is in full support of returning our White majority to at least 80 - 90% as quickly as possible -- even if you have to write in your own name! Teach your children to oppose Nonwhite immigration and to be aware of the dangers of becoming a White minority nation.
Voting. We will retake this nation one of two ways. The first and best method is to vote our way back into power. Right now we have a 72% White majority in the United States. That is enough to do whatever we want with this country if we can vote as a block. That means that we can have a bloodless revolution and get the country back on track immediately through our votes. The alternative, which is what will happen if the vote does not work, is a bloody revolution where the White man reconquers his nation and takes it back for his people, who it rightfully belongs to.
A bloody revolution is something that is to be avoided if possible, but the only hope of avoiding it is to get our people to vote their own interests for a change and soon. That is why the next tenant of The Plan has to do with voting.
The forth tenant of The Plan is to vote. Vote every time, you have an opportunity to do so. Vote early, vote often. Never miss a chance to vote. Once all White Americans start to vote regularly, the entire political system will be stood on its head. Whites will only be taken seriously when they start to vote regularly. When you vote for White issues, White issues will be taken care of. When you sit at home, you have given your country over to someone else who doesnít care a bit about you! ALWAYS VOTE and ALWAYS PROD OTHER WHITES INTO VOTING!
The Plan is designed to bring White people into control of their own nations, and to allow them to live White lives in their White neighborhoods and White nations. A side effect of this is that the White folks will take back the control of their governments which have raped, robbed and humbled them for too long. One of the first actions of this newly reclaimed government will be to eliminate all social programs for Nonwhites. If a Nonwhite is going to live in a White nation, he will have to pay his own way. Otherwise he is welcome to leave. Once the social programs are gone, most of your taxes will no longer be needed, and they will be returned to you. That leaves a much larger chuck of money in your paycheck.
Well over $3 trillion dollars have been robbed from you to pay for social programs. That is where you money is going. Your Social ìSecurityî is already spent. You have to hope that someone in a later generation is going to pay your way when you retire because the government has used your money up. We have dumped unbelievable amounts of money into the black hole of poverty to find that the poverty has only grown and the inner cities are destroyed. All that money and nothing except deterioration and destruction to show for it. It must stop.
Before the socialists like F. D. R. and L. B. J. took our nation away from us and forced their Marxist ideas down our throats, we had charities which provided for poor people. Nobody starved in America because Americans are generous people who would never let that happen. They gave of their paychecks every week to help the poor. Now the government takes half of our paychecks, steals most of the money, passes along the rest to the unproductive portions of society as a freebee. This is insane.
The fifth tenant of The Plan is to oppose social programs at all times. Never vote for a candidate who supports government social programs. Always vote for a candidate who will remove programs and who is in support only of charities and non-governmental sources of support for the poor and the other socially needy people -- even if you have to write in your own name! Teach your children to oppose social programs and to be aware of the dangers of socialism.
As our neighborhoods are deteriorating, we are not allowed to discuss why, using OUR media. As our schools are failing to teach even the basics, and at the same time they are becoming shooting galleries, we are not allowed to discuss why in the open. We are having our nation overrun by those who have proven to be high crime risk, and yet we cannot even discuss it, let alone stop it.
When The Plan has come full term we will then be in a position to improve all of our lives by returning the airwaves to the White race, who invented the devices which transmit and receive by using those airwaves. Our children will then no longer be tempted to be drawn down into the filth of ghetto music and destructive entertainment shows on the television. When coupled with the improved schools our children will be trained daily to be civilized and upstanding citizens in a great nation once again.
The sixth tenant of The Plan is to actively oppose the Media Lords. Do not buy their newspapers. (If you must read a paper, go to the library and read it for free.) Do not support the sponsors who buy advertisement space in newspapers or advertisement time on television. Buy off brands if necessary. Do not watch television for entertainment at all. [Keep in mind that television is mental poison for your children!] Avoid movie theaters. The Media Lords are only going to promote what you hate in their movies anyway. Keep those hateful movies away from your children. Find other ways to entertain yourself. Read the classic White books which have been sitting on your shelf for too long. Read Aesopís fables to your children. Cut the Media Lords off at the knees. Pull their fangs!
The Plan is an answer to the nightmare we are currently living through. The Plan is a way for us to fix what is wrong, without relying upon the media which has proven to be our worst enemy.
When you join The Plan you agree to the following:
1. You will recruit at least 8 other White people who have not yet joined The Plan.
2. You will follow up and support these 8 (and any others you should recruit) in making sure that each of them gets 8 more to join The Plan.
3. You will follow the Six Tenants of the plan:
4. As a member of The Plan, you will search out occasions where you can bring to light, for others, the advantages of The Plan, and having a White society.
5. As a member of The Plan, you will strive to make yourself aware of the racial facts of life so you can point them out to others from off the top of your head during casual discussions.
6. As a member of The Plan, you will search out motivational materials to keep up a courageous and enthusiastic attitude. Remember always that we are going to win. The Plan will work, never doubt it!
Print the following up, fill it in and sign it. Post it by your computer as a reminder of this very important goal. It is the great quest for all members of the White race. We much awaken our brothers and sisters before it is too late!
